Retail Market Studies

Retail Services

Our site-specific market feasibility studies identify the market support potential to develop retail development. Each market is physically visited by a Danter and Associate analyst and each feasibility study includes a 100% field survey of all existing and proposed retail facilities, including retail centers, as well as freestanding retail. In addition, each study will address recommendations for retail lease rates, annual supportable square feet of retail space, projected absorption, and leasable space sizes.

Our studies also include the identification of retail development possibilities by North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code, identification of support components for retail development at the proposed site, marketing strategies to enhance retail development potential at the site, if necessary, and consumer expenditures and retail sales. Retail sales will be compared with expenditures to identify unmet need within a market.
