Danter Independent-Living Services

Independent-living consists of apartments with additional available services, which may include any or all of the following: one to three daily meals (typically served restaurant-style in a formal dining area), regular housekeeping and linen services, social activities, and transportation to medical appointments, shopping and field trips.

  • Our preliminary market analysis consists of a market overview including an internet/telephone survey of area properties, an analysis of area demographics and establishes a preliminary penetration ratio based on a projected base rent. Assisted-living/memory care consists of apartments which offer the amenities of independent-living plus assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Memory care is a specialized type of assisted-living that offers assistance care to those suffering from Alzheimer’s disease or another type of dementia. Memory care offers a greater level of supervision as well as more structured daily activities.
